www.tata sky.com — Change in my tata sky packege without my request.

Sir, I am a tata sky consumer. My name is Mr. Haaarekrushna Behera with subscriber I D [protected] from Odisha, Bhubaneswar, India. I have been charged Rs49/- with unauthorised charges for Active Music, when I had not activated this service at all. On telephonic request of one agent of your customer care regarding the package, I refuse to active it. This was not done with my permission and I refuse to make my extra payment for this. This is extremely annoying and unethical way of making money. I want, the unauthorised charges made should be creadited back to my tata sky account immediately.
