I am NOT looking for money. This complainte has to do with protecting the unsuspecting public.
Wyze is selling a small camera for roughly $50 CDN. No where on the box, does it offer up a precurser disclosure message - informing the would- be purchaser that upon getting him, setting it up, then installing it, and then downloading the Wyze app, only to find out LATER.. that your camera won't provide you full details of the camera's image and nor will you be able to store any information unless you pay an annual or monthly fee to Wyze Camera. In the meantime, you have take 2 hours to set up, and install this camera.
I have had problems with mine, that the operators had no idea on what instruction they were given me, while trouble shooting. In fact; it only made it worse. On two occassions, the wizards while trouble shooting my camera, ended up knocking the camera right out of commission. I waited 1 day - 2 hours and 40 minutes waithing time for a Supervisor to handle the problem. No supervisor showed up or bothered to return a call. They only want your money and they don't care in the least about much else! So be ware, pay a little extra and go get yourself a quality camera with a qualityh support system backing them.
