Xcel-Online Surveys — About point

Onlin-excel surveys site is a big cheating portal, where they get the surveys done and pay nothing. I have been answering the surveys for the last 8 months and have applied for redeeming the points worth Rs. 900/- in total in various break ups and they have not sent me the gift card coupons till now. They are pending from 2nd July till now. I have emailed them many times regarding this, for which there is no reply. But still I receiving the emails more than 3 - 4 per day where it says " Dear Valued Panelist... There is a surveyvwaiting for you... " They don't pay for the work but want the surveys to be answered. My reason behind writing here is to make many aware... THAT IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME TO ANSWER THE SURVEYS IN THIS PORTAL. I AM ADDIND A IMAGE FOR PROOF AS WELL.

community.xcel-onlinesurveys.com- This survey portal is a BIG CHEAT AND SCAM. DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME by answering the surveys in this site.

The below given details are of my requests for point exchange from 2nd July till 6th October, about which I have raised complaint in their portal many times till now, for which I have not received any reply and no coupons as well.

Xcel-online Surveys - This suvey portal is a scam and a big cheat. Thay don't pay your promised reward but only get the work done related to conducting of the surveys...

i redeem 100 survey point on[protected]< my Merchant name is Paytm, but today i received mail from Xcel team in which my Merchant Changed into Freecharge which is not acceptable.
I attend almost every survey and when i redeem my point i have to wait for every redemption for 2 month, in spite of this its very embarrassing to wait again for point exchange its really very pathetic.
