Xenos Automotive — central lock issue

I am having xenos central locking system in my car, i am facing issue in terms of opening and closing the doors through remote, please fix this issue as soon as possible. This is under warranty and this is the 4th to 5th time that i am complaining about this product, either replace it or refund the money. I expecting the quick action at this matter.
