Hi, I purchased a 4w central locking and security system & front power window by xenos in hyundai excent car on 31/08/2017 from a car accessories dealer in west bengal. I've an authentic bill of purchase and a valid warranty card. The product is already giving me problems and its just been 6 months since i have purchased. I'm unable to lock my car through the central locking system & 4 indicator lights are blinking and i have to do it manually & have to cut off the wire for that. The customer care number ([protected]) mentioned on the warranty card is not working and i cannot find any other number on the internet to reach out to the company.
