Xenos Automotive — xenos central locking system for car not working

Xenos central locking system was installed in my car (hyundai-santro) in 2007 but the system not working, probably remotes are not working properly. I have contacted the service engineer of the shop from where it was installed, they advised us to contact the xenos authorized service center but not provided their contact number or address..
I want to get it serviced at your authorized service station at this center ( City- Gorakhpur- U.P. PIN 273001
