I have submitted my mi 4i device on[protected] at bhubaneswar customer care. They told me within 45 days your device will return back. I had waiting for 60 days. Within 60 days no information from company about my device. After 60 days i have repeatedly follow with bhubaneswar customer service care and also help line no. After 20 days follow they have information regarding my device.in case of non availability of spare part i want replace my device or refund my money as it is already 80 days passed.
