I worked with Xicom Technologies from October 2016 to April 2017. After my resignation, the company did not provide me the salary for the month of April and did not give my experience letter. I have been requesting them for the experience letter over the email since 2017 from Nitin Sharma (Head HR). He does not respond to my emails and I am facing issues in getting good opportunities due to lack of experience letter.
