I have recently purchased (14/03/2022) an Airpurifier 2 from Mi.com and found out that the product is not pairing up with any of my device, apart from that the product doesn't seem to perform as per the claims that was given in the catalogue.
I have purchased this product as a remedial measure for dust allergy and indoor pollution and I find that this product is of no use to the above stated issues. I have been a regular user of other products of mi and was totally satisfied with all other products, but this was a total disappointment.
I humbly request you to make a return option possible or help me replace it with a better quality product from the brand. Was this information helpful? |
