Xolo Phone Complaint — Phone not working

I bought the new xolo q710s on 17th may 2016 through snap deal order id: [protected]. i bought it for emergency use purpose. after using for 15 days i got my regular phone and was packed and was not using. during july 2016, i took that phone for my regular use. this month first week during a fine morning when i took my phone the screen was blinking and suddenly it was not working. i gave it to authorised dealer mentioned in the website

I gave the phone on 10th aug 2016 and they told they will update in 2 days and later when i called they told the phone has gone to factory and we are waiting for courier. after 10 days finally they gave and told that we have repaired the phone there is a software issue with their system and told me to update the software from some other authorised dealer. i want to

They told the sim tray is broken so what ever is repair charge i have to pay as this will not cover in warranty. i have used sony, htc, apple, lg, moto, micromax. i am happy that at least i have used these phone without any cost for one year. it was a extremely bad experience with xolo phone. service centres where horrible that they dont know what is the exact problem but they are ready to charge for the service.
