I've ordered this product [oppo k10 (blue flame, 128 GB) from flipcart through the seller XONIQUEVENTRU-ESPVTLTD on 24th December 2022, the product was delivered on 27th December 2022, after unboxing the product when I had seen that the back pannel of the product was broken, I had immediately raised the return request regarding the product for refund but within 48 hrs I received a message from flipcart saying that my request has been rejected, I contacted the customer care support of flipcart and again raised the return request but same kind of things happened again, I've also provided the proves (image of the broken back pannel of the product ) still my return request has been declined not once or twice but four times with the same message saying the seller has rejected the request, the seller is completely doing fraud by trying to sell the broken product online and flipcart too seems to be helping them for selling the damaged product, if not then why aren't they approving the refund request or the replacement .
Now the return policy had already ended, still I contacted flipcart customer care support and raised an issue for not resolving my concern regarding return of the product and I again received the message from flipcart saying that the courier service had confirmed that the product was intact, while it wasn't at the time of delivery as just after unboxing it I've seen the broken back pannel of the product . I've purchased this product in 13, 539 Rs and I just can't accept the broken product after investing a huge amount of 13.5k, I kindly request to resolve my issue and for the refund from flipcart regarding this product anyhow, I shall be highly obliged if it will happen hereafter this complaint .
