I placed a order from official website at 4th October 2022 as birthday present and the parcel was out for delivery on 9th October 2022. As I had family gathering with my neighbors. I clearly mentioned the delivery executive Vinod M Gundale to deliver the parcel next day.
Next day I.e. on 10th October, 11th October and today 12th Oct 2022 my parcel was issued to KISHOR KAMBLE[protected] where he didn't call or communicate to me in any possible manner and mentioned undelivered status stating "Customer wants to collect order from the hub" as per his will.
There was no call done by him where I am waiting each day and same mistakes is done by same delivery executive.
So I emailed xpressbees there is no revert
I even called and requested the customer service executive to have follow up and deliver it. All the executives kept mentioning it will be delivered in next 24-48 hours snd still goes in the same loop. I call the executive they mention it will be delivered and delivery executive marks undelivered without any attempt to deliver.
Kindly look into this matter and please help me. 🙏
