[Resolved]  Xpressbees Logistics — Tracking shows product has been delivered even though I haven't received it

I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 1st July . On the 4th of July it showed as out for delivery and on the 7th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.

Apparently the product delivered status is that of the product being delivered to the company of origin.
XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

On the 2nd august it showed as out for delivery and on the 3rd august it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.

Is your headphones got yet or not?
Very worst service, they not even called me and in tracking they showed consignee not available, i think xpressbees is not even able to afford on mobile bills tree times my parcel was late and upto now i havenot received my parcel, if this is the situation they should be ready to pack their baggages
My shipping ID [protected] yesterday it shows wh handover but I check with my apartment security till now it's not delivered and how come you mentioned it as delivered.
They never called and now the package is being send to the origin. Do they even know how much money we spend on shipping? It's now on its way to the sender. And I'm losing lots of money because of this unprofessional logistic.
One side of boat earphone was not working, so i raised complaint on 3 september 2021 and product is picked on 6 september 2021, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover on 9 September 2021 . Now its 11 September 2021 still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

The client has tried to send the specimen copy for multiple times but has not delivered after two months is in a way.The express bee does not call nor any message regarding this.It shows now wh handover on tracking ID. Post not delivered.

They are the BIGGEST LIARS THEY STEAL YOUR SHIPMENT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING IT ANYWHERE. WHHANDOVER but I have not received my package!!
