Xpressbees — Package not received

I was informed that my consignment will be delivered to me on 5th of Oct at the given address but after several follow ups with Expressbees I came to learn that I have been misinformed and then I tracked my shipment status (online)and found the following details at the Expressbees shipment status site under my AWB/Shipment ID:[protected] dated 5/10/2012 at 9:45 pm. Before that I had contacted their customer care service several times and they replied that my package will be delivered within 8pm to 8:10pm but as I did not received any calls from the delivery boy, I asked for his contact number and contacted him personally. His name is Raj and his contact number is [protected]. As I enquired Raj, he told me that he tried to contact me but I did not answered his call which is totally false. I asked him when did he tried to make a contact with me and he could not answer. Then he told me that he will deliver the package the next day but he could not tell the exact time. THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE HAS GIVEN ME A LOT OF TENSION AS I HAVE TO LEAVE KOLKATA THE NEXT DAY (on 7th morning). I have wasted a lot of valuable time and lost many important appointments just waiting for my package to arrive and due to negligence from the Expressbees courier service. Further, I am not sure whether my package will be delivered to me on 6/10/2015. The following are the details that I found when I tracked the status of my AWB/Shipment ID:[protected] dated 5/10/2012 at 9:45 pm, which is a total BOGUS INFORMATION. I tried contacting the number for innumerable times but it could not be contacted as the number is un-contactable. I am still trying to contact the number even as I am registering this complaint put I am not able to contact. PLEASE HELP.
