My name teena i newly using an Aircel network, Since i started using the number one or the other problem I'm facing . now my outgoing has been barred 4 days before when i checked with customer support they told i have crossed my credit limit, so they have barred my outgoing without information . But the problem i haven't received the bill yet complaint 3 \4 times any response when we call customer support says there is a problem with server or application can call after 4 hours . fake response .. nothing doing or problem resolved ... fed up of this Aircel service . how do u guys expect us to make a payment without receiving the bill not only my outgoing is barred, they have barred SMS, data everything ... then for what purpose we have to use this network, worst network ever was seen, even i have been worked in Bharati airtel that is good in service and i know how that how the barring process flows not like Aircel giving fake commitments to customer
