Y-Axis Overseas Careers — Fees refund due to unforeseen circumstances

I signed up for the immigration services and paid full service amount. Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to postpone my immigration plans. I know I am not entitled for a full refund but I desperately need this money. When I tried reaching out for a solution I couldn't find any. I'm ready to present all supporting documents should a company representative contacted me back.
