No the services provided by y axis was extremely bad.
Now with this poor service should I continue again?
I need refund
I clearly mentioned above
I performed most of the updates in my profile and the consultant was not giving proper response for the queries and whenever I complained they keep on changing process consultants.
Once my profile expired and they don’t even bother about to renew and had updated by myself.
Yesterday was asking about my refund, they replied that refund is not possible.
When I complained about them, y-axis is asking me to submit ielts.
What’s the use?
The same thing will repeat.
If I don’t ask for the refund they are not even bother about the profile, ielts etc.
I always have to ask them about the updates from IRCC and Y-axis representative will forward messages from CIC to show that they are helping me.
Y axis was keep on asking for the full processing fee and I believed them and paid 8000 AED and the invoice is attached.
Let them take their charges and refund the rest.
If the process is incomplete why should y axis took the complete amount.
This is not the way of taking somebody’s money.
It was a terrible service I ever get.

We have received your complaint with regards to your Canada PR process.
We have provided the required deliverable as per the agreement:
1) Assisted for ECA
2) Guided for IELTS
3) Created Express Entry Profile twice
4) Created job bank account
5) Filed for PNP programs
?We have checked with our legal time and would like to inform you that as per the legal agreement you are not eligible for the refund.
Clauses mentioned in the contract -
In noting the above, the Client agrees and acknowledges that no refund is payable due to delays or failed applications for reasons that involve issues or decisions of the government and/or its associated ministries and services. However, RCIC/Y-Axis Middle East DMCC will do our best to ensure that clients documentation is in order and give appropriate advise to increase the chances of success.
The Client acknowledges that receiving ITA (Invitation to Apply) and approval of a Federal Skilled Worker application, and the time required for processing this application, is at the sole discretion of the government and not Y-Axis Middle East DMCC.
The Client understands that Y-Axis Middle East DMCC and RCIC will at all times make its best efforts on the Client’s file, however Y-Axis Middle East DMCC or the RCIC cannot guarantee success and has made no such guarantees with regards to outcomes or processing times. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations as well as immigration and refugee policies may be amended at any time without notice and that this may have a negative impact on the application.
I have also attached the agreement for your reference.
As a customer centric organization on a good will note we will assist you once again on the PR process after you get required IELTS score.
Please let us know once you are ready for the process, we will guide you.
