Poor Service, no proper communication, overcharged for resume marketing almost 1 lakh rupees for me and my husband.
They did not even start the service for my husband for almost a month after paying. I had to follow up several times. They will only apply jobs 1-2 days a week and not the best types of jobs.
The resume zapper service was a complete waste, we were told our resume can be sent to overseas companies but most of the emails bounced and I received one call which turned out to be from an Indian company and it was not at all what I expected.
They charge such exorbitant fees, they did not tell us at first the resume marketing is only for 12 weeks. We got to know this later when they sent an agreement document. Basically it was just one person applying jobs on my behalf and for that Rs 48000 is too much. At the end of the 12 weeks, I did not receive even a single interview call or anything. They should return at least 50% of my fee.
