I have continuously tried calling up the university & have also sent many emails to request the university to sent my convocation certificate but they fail to answer any calls nor reply to any emails sent by me. I am helpless as there is no concrete procedure to acquire by convocation certificate. Below mentioned are my details:

I m passed my m. com in may 2017.. and result come online by july 2017 i cleared my m. com.. but.. i will not get my convocation.. what i do.. 2 yrs complete i will not get my convocation and any information regarding these
