I have been using my yahoomail account since more than 15 yrs which i opened during my college days. I have been using it regularly and have many important emails stored in kast so many years. On 13th april 2020, when i accessed my mailbox there was not even a single email there. I was shocked and tried all possible ways to login from mobile, desktop, etc but all in vain. Contacted yahoo through twitter and they said it was deleted because if inactivity, which is not possible as i have been using it regularly. I did not get any intimation at all for this. Now yahoo has stopped responding and i dont know what to do. It is very very critical to access my mailbox as it has many important emails. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
