Dear sir,

If get a rating of less than 1 star i could have given to Professional Courier Only.

I have sent a parcel through professional courier on 13th Jan 2016 to Mumbai and still that parcel has not been received to them.I need an immediate reply regarding my consignment that i have sent.I have sent a defective product which need to be received in mumbai so that they will send me the correct one.Now that also gone.My Tracking number is BLR[protected] from NEW BEL ROad.Also i have sent in the name of Sankara Yatra.

I want a reply immediately.
