Yamuna Expressway Authority — refund payment from builder on cancellation.

One residential unit no. E-434 (4th floor, block-e) of 1000 sq. Ft. Super built area in 16th park view at gaur yamuna city, sec-19, gautam buddh nagar, a project of gaursons realtech pvt ltd having their corporate office at gaur biz park plot no-1, abhay khand ii, indirapuram ghaziabad-201014 have been allotted to me in april, 2014. I have deposited total amount of instalment of rs. 12, 45, 328/- as 40 percentage of the total cost (10 in september, 2013 and 30 in may, 2014).in response to the repeated requests from april 2015 the said unit has been cancelled by gaursons in september, 2016. There is no provision in terms and condition that payment would be remitted subject to the condition that the cancelled unit to be resold.

Inspite of my repeated requests for refund, and after lapse of about two year from cancellation of my unit as informed by gaursons on 21.09.2016. Refund of rs. 12, 45, 328/-on cancellation of my unit has not been paid to me so far.
