I got selected for the job after all the interview process at the company. Later when I followed up HR said we are DEFINITELY going to hire you. He said all kind of stories that manager went to US and he is on week off there is delay in process. I waited for 4 months. When I asked again he said once again come for the interview.
I reported the same to Recruitment manager. He doesn't have any information whether I am selected or not. Company wasted my time for 4 months . Manager is so irresponsible that he said the total process is nullified. He doesn't know what is going on in his own company. He opened his laptop and checked the mail. He went on to say that if there is any recruitment I would surely know. Without me know knowing no interviews will be conducted. He did not have an update of the interview. I think HR is responsible for this.
When they are not hiring me they should have informed me we are not going to hire you. Rather than telling stories whenever I try to follow up.
I doesn't know how they got " best place to work for among top 50 companies in India." I thing they are simply keeping a tag like that. Was this information helpful? |
