Yashoda Hospital, Ghaziabad — Mismanagement and mishandling at OPD

I have registered advance appointment by name Apoorva Shrivastav, appointment id-227337 with Dr. DEEPA for[protected] at 10:55AM which was confirmed. I called before reaching to the hospital to ensure my appointment also and reached before scheduled time. Registered with UHID: 582683 On 23/04/2023 at 10:25:32 with Dr. DEEPA and billed with Reference: Dear SBI User, your A/c X1583-debited by Rs400.0 on 23Apr23 transfer to YASHODA SUPER Ref No[protected].

I had been kept in wait till 1AM by Dr Deepa and asking on how much more time needed I was not informed by attendant any specific time.
I had been at not well condition with critical case of pregnancy that’s the reason I had taken prior appointment, I requested for my scheduled appointment but denied referring unknown waitlist. I asked for refund of my appointment but, the billing staff denied and misbehaved. The manager was called to the billing desk but he didn’t came over. While I was asked to go to manager counter in my sick condition even while I was on wait more than 03 hours in such condition. I had to return without refund and Dr visit.

I am a government servant at reputed Government Organisation and this is very pathetic and mishandling of patients at Yashoda Hospital Kaushambi. Patients has been given prior appointment and kept on wait more than 03 hours without telling any reason. Dr started taking OPD on time but the serial appointments are not called. In case of emergency even refund is denied while there was lack on hospital management side. Very disappointing and pathetic experience.
