Dear yatra service... My name is kaja. I was reserved my train tickets on 8 aug 2017 for sivakasi to chennai egmore booking through 2 times. Then the ticket was cancelled. I received sms. Because i had booked through two time. But unfortunatly those bookings are cancelled. But till to date i have not receive the refund amount rs.1834/-. My transaction id for first one is cbc[protected]dl7hfzm. My reference number is[protected].
The seond one transaction id is[protected]. Ref no[protected]. Please refund my amount quickly.
