I was booking an Indigo flight for 5th Dec 2022 (Ahmedabad to Bangalore, 9.00 AM). After entering the OTP for debit card payment, the Yatra app stated that "something went wrong" and brought me back to the payment page. But the amount was debited from my account (got the sms and checked the statement). Unfortunately yatra doesn't have customer care for domestic flights so I wrote mail to the customer support (YA:[protected]. I demand for my refund. Kindly escalate this issue.
