I book 3 flight tickets from Patna to Guwahati through my Bajaj Emi Card "Booking reference id[protected]" on 10th February, 2023, but the tickets never got confirmed. When I enquired about the problem, I got to know that this is an ill practice of this company. Go through their instagram page. You will get many complaints in the comment section. They don't even respond to their customers. But now they have found me. And I wanna say to Yatra.com that this time I will definitely sue your company. My brother is a lawyer of the supreme court. We are sorry to hear about the issue you faced while making payments on our portal, as checked and found that against the Yatra booking reference, number[protected] the booking was not confirmed from the airline end, hence the paid amount of INR 13578/- was refunded from our end in the same mode of payment on 11th Feb 23, Further, the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take 5-7 working days to credit the amount into your account.
