Dear sir/madam I have tried to book tickets for train on 28-7-17. And it failed but u people charged 1165 ruppes for that. U informed to refund in 7 days. But not yet deposited into my account. When will get back into my account. Please there is an emergency. I immediately want my money back. Please sir/madam. Please understand. My yatra reference number is[protected]. We truly apologize for the inconvenience you have faced in this regard. We would want to inform you that we have processed full refund of Rs. 1165.00 against Yatra Reference Number -:[protected] on 28 JUL 2017. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further the private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. We hope this helps resolve your concerns.
