[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — payment not refund in my account

I am booking ticket online from mumbai to lucknow air india ai-625 on 25th april, 2019. Actually this ticket are cancelled by us. Ticket cancelled reference no.[protected].
We received massage after cancellation is,
"refund request for yatra booking reference number[protected] has been processed in 9 sec. Your refund transaction id for a refund of rs.915 is [protected]."
But, on this time no any refund in my account. So, please check your transaction and give us reply on urgent basis.

Your refund of INR-915.00 has been processed from our end on 12 MAR 2019 under bank reference number “shared on your registered e mail address”. We would request you to contact the grievance cell of your Bank through which the payment was done to Yatra.com. Please provide them the above mentioned number to check the refund status. Incase Bank confirms you that the payment has not been received or refund is not processed from Yatra.com, We would request you to please share the written communication with us to take it forward with the bank.

To the author Mr. Pravin Pathak,

The text of the public complaint does not show the evidences related to the refund, namely:-

- e-ticket,

- cancellation request of the passenger,

- response of the site of the travel agent.

Please clarify, if you want proceed with your public complaint further at his site.

I got attracted by misleading advertisement of yatra at their website with regard to paypal voucher of Rs 500...And paid convenience charge of Rs 400 ...Where as at other website it is Rs 250 with a better discounts...They never sent voucher ..Complaint thrice ...not providing resolution...It's a misleading by them at their website ..
