Booking reference numbers [protected] [protected] Two bookings i made got a confirmation through email and while i was waiting for my eticket they sent me a mail that tkt is not confirmed send consent to get refund Who needs refund when we really get good fare and want to travel to our home. All the excitement and happiness is taken away by yatra not once but twice now the fares are very high and i cannot go home 😞 Who will compensate it's your mistake yatra. +0 photos Was this information helpful? Verified Support Nov 15, 2017 Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in Customer Care's response Dear Zahra, Greeting from Yatra.com! We regret the inconvenience cause to you. As per our records your ticket was unconfirmed due to minimum connecting time error in one of your flight which is from MCT-BOM-BHO from Air-India side and full refund was processed as per your consent and as fares are dynamic is nature and keep on changing as per the availability from airline end. We regret. However, we would not be able to process any further compensation. Thanks Yatra Care
