I tried to book VTZ to HYD flight ticket today and the payment is through but the ticket status is UNCONFIRMED. I received a message that I would receive a call within 30 minutes to confirm the ticket but no call yet, its been half a day. I'm at a loss of money as well now I'm not sure if the money will be refunded, there is no direct customer care number to contact nor there is a reply to any number of complaints raised till now Was this information helpful?
