I booked a round trip from chennai to hyd for 3 travellors, 2 adults and 1 infant. When i got the comparison from different services, yatra showed up low price. I went ahaead and booked. Then i realized that the booked amount it showed is only for 2 adults. There is no option given to add the infant while booking as well. Where as in the comparision other booking sites clearly shows the option to book for 2 adults and 1 infant. To show up a lower price and mislead travellors and fradulantly force them to book, yatra is playing cheap tricks. This portal needs to be banned. I contacted yatra support sevaral times they simply put you on hold for hours and comeup saying unrelated things. I have the call recordings of around 9 hours of communication had with them. Mr. Dev barandas, an irresponsible esclation guy just say false commitments and will never be reached. They gave call reference numbers when we ask for complaint numbers. They gave me 5040402.
