Hi, i had booked a flight from mumbai to barcelona and back for 2 adults via yatra reference no : yt32541604. Going flight was jet and coming back was klm flight.
Jet cancelled flights, so did klm but there was no intimation from either them or even yatra of cancellation or refund. After hours of waiting in queue at yatra's ivr, the agent said we will get back on mail.
I called jet airways as well as klm, both confirmed that the refund has been sent to yatra already. I again called yatra and on my requesting for proof of cancellation, i got a mail 3 days ago dated 24th april, that "we can help process the cancellation of your booking and due refund shall be initiated only post confirmation from jet airways. We will connect with you as soon as we receive an update from the airline.". There were no commitment or timelines given for refund. This is after jet confirmed that our pnr is already updated with refund status and they have asked yatra to initiate the refund.
I am shocked that yatra doesnt give timeline or commit to pay. Yatra has received the payment but is not releasing the same. This is cheating. Yatra needs to refund my amount paid immediately. How can they keep client's money and keep lying to us. Pls help get this in order urgently. Thanks

The presented copies of the documents of very poor visibility are NOT the recognised international e-tickets
(no 13 digits numbers, no fare, no mode of payment), which had been issued by yatra.com travel agent .
The document YT32541604 is an order only.
Nobody can see the notice of the cancellation, which are issued by KLM air carrier on unknown date.
The KLM carrier do not have the reservation of 2 passenger: PNR U98JU8.
If the yatra.com entity did not issue 2 e-tickets to payeer, which must comntain 13 digits each,
you are entitled on refund from the yatra.com operator within 7 days followwing the request of payeer on their site.
If the yatra.com sent notice of the cancellation, you are entitled on the compensation from the yatra.com operator within 7 days following the request of passenger or of the payeer on their site.
Note, it useless to demand the refund or the compensation more than 2 times.
