We have received an update form the customer care team that you have posed an online complaint somewhere around Nov 8, 2019, regarding calls were not being answered from the customer care team, we would like to inform you that there was huge booking requested which were falling on our servers on account of Diwali festival seasons, we were facing many issues to complete bookings as server has reached its maximum capacity and started giving the errors while processing the booking request.
To solve the problem, we were upgrading server’s infrastructure which improves: relative performance, consolidation, management efficiency and reliability. Kindly bear with us. We are upgrading to the latest technology to serve you better.
Technicians have ended of this up gradation before November 13, 2019 and all calls on the customer care is being entertained from Wednesday onward.
