Yepme.com — did not get order id or sms

I had ordered a yepme real chornograph watch on yepme.com, dated 26th june 2018, i did the online payment of 658/-inr but i did not get order id nor i got any sms from yepme. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in & mob no. Is [protected] and [protected]. I just have the debit sms from my bank to yepme.com. Kindly refund my money soon or deliver the order as soon as possible.

When I book na new pakege @yapme. Com... I am booked on 12th june. Delivery date on 19th june. But me still waiting for pakege... I don't know when its dispatch when its delivery.. I don't know... Warst app..

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.. Placed an order for a casual shoe on Yepme and it's been a month i have not received any updates on it. Tried customer service, but the call has been put on hold for more than 20 minutes..Waste of money..and worst online shopping experience.
