I would like to register complain on Yepme.com
I placed an order on 22nd May 2015.
I accidentally chose wrong size for one of the products in the order "13688079"
I placed the order with Prepaid option, and the total Amount I paid -: INR (Indian Rupees) 1628 for two jackets it was pre-paid order, and I paid using my debit card. which one of the size of one product in the order was accidentally chosen wrong.
When I checked thier site, I couldnt find any email ids to contact, or no options to edit my order, but I got a number which is mentioned as the customer care number of Yepme and that was "[protected]". From then, I am trying to call in this number, and nobody is attending the call. I called nearly 50 times till date.
I placed complaints in their site too.
I mailed to some email ids which I got from other sites regarding Yepme ([protected]@yepme.biz, [protected]@yepmeshop.com, [protected]@yepme.biz etc) regarding the order, which I would like to update the size.
When I tried few times, one picked up my call and when I asked for updating my order one of the product - "Yepme Rene Denim Jacket - Black " with size "M" instead of size "S", they said, they cannot do that.
So, I tried to cancel the order through website, and now, it is showing order cancelled, but showing a courier tracking number along with the order details, which is wrong, when I tried to track the order through the courier site.

I am trying today also, to contact them via phone, and nobody is picking up the call.
I don't know anything regarding the status of the order.
Is it cancelled, if it's canceeled, when and how they are going to refund the money, and by what time.
If it's not cancelled, when will I get the product.
I haven't recieved any mails regarding my complaints / my mails till now, from Yepme.com.
I just got one invoice mail soon after placing the order.
I haven't got any mail after cancelling the order.
I don't know the status. I don't know if they have updated my order, or cancelled it.
No reponses from thier side at all.
Please Help. Please.
