Product ordered on 06.01.2019 amounting rs 218 paid by credit card still not received from yepme.com

I tried to contact yepme over phone but phone not contactable, also raised complaint over mail and yepme website but still no response.

Now i feel that i have been cheated by yepme.com in this.

Need your intervention in this.

Have placed order 34109526 on 19th dec but till now not received and no update on status also. Worst customer experience i ever seen. Immediately cancel my order and refund back my money

I've placed my order on 9th January 2019 with order ID: 34110593. It's still says pending for dispatch.
