I have ordered 3 pair of shoes on Yepme.com. However on receipt of the same I found out that one pair of shoes is not the same as i have seen, ordered and purchased. so i complained about the mistake. The company does not have any policy to take back the delivery of the wrong product which they send to customers. So I followed their policy of replacement and have send the product through courier which charged me Rs.160 although there was no mistake by my part. Now I have received the product again and they have send me the same product which i have returned to them.
I feel like cheated by them.
