Dear Yes Bank Team,

This is with reference to the Demat account linked with SA no.[protected]with the name Yatin Kumar
The above said Saving account is linked with demat account open and paid Rs.60, 000/- dated 18th No.2020. Since the opening of this Demat account, I have assured that all the services related to demat account handling and usage will be supported by Yes bank team, but many follow ups and calls are done but all are worthless . The service Issues are raised to the Bank officials but all are verbally communicated and assured for best services but it’s a complete waste of time and money, and now when I visited the bank to close the Demat account came to know that the amount of Rs. 60, 000/- is charged for Demat account against brokerage and is non-refundable . The documents and forms which are signed earlier need to validate again and I also required a copy as same which is not found in any communication whether its mail or telephonic conversation.
Now, it is requested to have a complete audit in this case with the bank officials on how these statement got agreed without knowing the customer that Rs.60, 000 are non-refundable and will be used during 3 years, ie minimum guaranteed amount .
In this case the role of executive is most important as he breeched the trust of customer and knowing /unknowing the terms got my signature in application form . No person will be agreed to accept the condition that even if I don’t use my Demat account Rs.60, 000 will be charged as services or brokerage.
I found it suspicious that some terms and conditions are not even fully disclosed to me and got the sign as I trust him, so a breach of trust is also done to me . The bank official cheated me by sharing some basic terms and some of them I understood and cleared by Yes bank team when I tried to close this account.
So, once again requested to appoint an audit committee to resolve the case as soon as possible.
This case give me a clear indication that Yes bank is not Trustworthy Bank now, and also required to close the account and escalating the matter to other concerned authorities also to take further action if Yes Bank Seniors still not serve to me.

    Hi,
    This is to inform you that I did transaction of Rs 1000 using cred app from yes bank credit card to pay fees. But the amount yet not credited. I complaint too many time about my concern but I have not received any response from yes bank.

      Hi Bank,

      I had borrowed loan from your bank where my loan account number is PLN[protected]

      I have contacted the customer care to c hange the ECS from one bank to other bank and they have advised me to contact the branch with three months statement and cheque leaf.

      I have visited the parrys, chennai branch where a women who collected the documents and asked me to leave and they will call me after they get approval from RM. I was requested to her to allow me to speak to some senior official for me to request this to complete on the same day since I have to travel long way to reach the bank during working days is not possible.

      She said she is the one to speak about anything and there were no respect to the customer. Is this the way that a famous bank handle the customer.. I completely felt like a government bank.

      I am completely insulted there and frustrated with the approach and never recommend yes bank henceforth to anyone.

        To whom so ever it may concern.

        Myself Nishant Patel holding an yes bank rewards plus credit card [protected] with an outstanding of 53000 or more. Due to financial issues I'm unable to pay the amount I owe. Also I'm the only one earning in my family, there no other source of income. Salary is the only source of income. On salary there are EMi's (HL & PL") running. Now a days recovery agent are harassing me by calling me continuously. They had taken home visit and captured pics of my home where I'm staying. . I will pay the amount I owe. By continuous calls from recovery agent I'm loosing my mental stability. Also I'm going through critical family issues. Pls look into the matter. I had many times stated about my financial condition and the harsh situation I'm facing now, but the officials are least bothered.

        Still the bank officials are harassing me. I'm dealing with tough situation related to family issues.
        As per RBI guidelines, no bank can resort to harrasment in the name of recovery. I would advise you to record the conversation wherein you also seek the details of the agency where these individuals are working for, because the banks usually deploy third parties for recovery efforts. Once u record the harrasment, raise a complaint with Yes Bank and i[censored]nresolved within 30 days, raise a complaint with banking ombudsman. Be assured it will get resolved i[censored] have ample proof. Once u have the proof, provide ur complaint number here as an update.
        I am harassed by getting two to three daily calls to convert dues into EMI. I have blocked the phone number from which I receive a call. While writing this I got a call from [protected].
        please get rid of this.

          I withdrawn a home loan from Yes bank Branch office Sector 9 Chandigarh.as on 24/- July.2021, but they are not provide me a my PM Subsidy as per law, & scheme of Pm Modi sir,

          I call to Mr, Vipul, Mr Bhanu ji, Mrs.Geeta Anjali Madam & send lot of Email regarding my concern topics, but they are not provide me a even Tracking ID & password. And Still not getting my subsidy, I Submitted all document during taking my loan amount.

            My self Prahlad Sharma having personal loan with Yes bank with LAN no PLN[protected], my actual Loan amount is 6 Lakh for 4 year..

            During Covid I had taken 3 months moratorium as there is no inform about the extra interest or any extra amount which need to pay, as I am aware of that after the 4 yr tenure is over I have to pay that 3 month Emi with the existing rate interest. But now my loan amount is showing as 637339/- Rs, without inform me.

            Just want to know how & with those permission this has been take in action, same question was ask in the Prabhadevi branch & call center not getting proper answer.

            For 6 lakh loan I am paying 744384/- Rs, know I have to pay 806416/- where 2 lakh extra I had pay for that 3 month moratorium.

            My next query is in the month of March 2020, where Yes bank has been in the problem at that time you have charge me cheque bounce charge, why customer need to pay the cheque bounce charge due to yes bank issue.. I had keep the balance in my account till 20th of Month.

            So I want the proper solution on this..

              Hi,

              I'm Suresh Kumar, I had applied for a personal loan in your esteemed bank. But the loan is not approved for one or another reason. I have fulfilled all conditions as demanded by your bank staff but now they are saying that the loan cannot be approved for the reason of negative baking. I don't understand what's wrong?

              I request you to consider my application again and guide me that what should I do to get approval.

                Yes Bank OTP service is not working.
                OTP is not being received on email within the stipulated 100 seconds time.

                  Dear sir, I am Jitendra Chhabria from propriter of new deepa dresses indore mp a/c no. [protected].chaque deposit by our hand on the 09/12/2021 chaque no. is "694707" the amount of the chaque is 3000000/- thirty lakhs rupees.the problem is my account credited amount only 300000/- three lakhs rupees. when we reached the branch they were say that " I AM SORRY THAT'S OUR EMPLOYEE MISTACK PLEASE MAKE A NEW ONE CHAQUE FOR US"AN THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE IN OUR HAND. This default is for bank not mine. my account is DOD ACCOUNT and i have charged interest day by day. I am not payable for that interest amount on the difference amount of 2700000/- twenty seven lakh rupees. please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                    I had a credit card from Yes Bank, I was using it normally; however, I lost my job and I couldn't find new one. I got basic help from family so I couldn't pay for the same. I started receiving calls from recovery threaten for the same. I wanted to settle the same but recovery team was pressuring to make minimum pay or full payment to close it and no settlement.

                    I want to settle the same but I am scared of their recovery teams as they keep calling and threatened or speak so rudely, that's why I changed my number. I want to settle the same and communicate with representative through email but can't find a method.

                      I am in continuous follow up with you and your branch, but not getting any positive response from your side. I am unable to make any transaction from my saving account. I am getting the error that "There is memo present in account".

                              I have take a personal loan from yes bank and my NACH should be done to my HDFC account. i.e., the amount shoud get decucted from my HDFC bank. I have submitted HDFC cheque in yes bank with my verified signature and when it received to my hdfc bank for nach it said it was rejected due to " drawer signatures varies" . But i have checked from my branch that I have done the correct signature.
                              Why this is happening? Please take some action on this and make sure my CIBIL score doesn't gets affected.

                                My account that was active till date was closed by the bank itself without any prior intimation. I have never heard of such thing before. I have my emi running and my salary gets credited there too how can they just close it without any notice to the customer. I can't express how frustrated I am.

                                My yes bank savings account was closed abruptly without any prior & clear intimation. When approached their customer care they informed me the account was closed due to few cheque bounces & they couldn't do anything further so they routed me to the branch and when I approached the branch people over there claim they did communicate with me but had no proof to prove.

                                The only communication I received was on Jun 24th 2021 (screenshot attached) & the email
                                only mentions that they noticed few cheque bounces & informed me to ensure there will be no more such instances occurring. Also, that they will monitor my account. The email no where mentions that the account would get closed for the above mentioned reason.

                                Further, there were no such instances on my account & the bounce was purely unintentional it was due to the job loss during the pandemic.

                                After I got a new job in the month of June my salary started getting credited in it & there were healthy transactions in my account. However, all of sudden I receive an SMS for account closure with charges and the account stands closed.

                                I have the following questions to Yes bank with respect to my case mentioned above:

                                1. Provide me the copy communication letter/email/SMS sent by Yes bank with respect to my account closure due to this activity

                                2. Provide me the agreement copy signed by me (as quoted by your bank employees I met at the branch on 17/09/2021) that says cheque bounces will lead to account closure

                                3. Why was there account closure charges on my account without my notice. I need the charges to be reversed

                                As solution here's what I am looking at:

                                If its the mistake from Bank's end that my account was closed abruptly without prior intimation or notice (with clear communication that says my account would get closed due to cheque bounces)
                                I need it to be reactivated with same account number asap.

                                  My question is this, Is it in Yesbank policy to calling card holder parents and use unparliamentary languages? If any medical issues come to old people, Yesbank bank is going to take responsibility?

                                  I am in direct contact with Yes Bank executives for resolution still this type of incident increase distrust in Bank's management and I believe Yes bank knows 1 unhappy customer makes other customers unhappy too.

                                  I have been facing such issue by YES Bank as well, and there are others that I know. However, bank doesn't give ears to your complaint. Not only this they legitimate the act of their recovery agent.

                                    Unable to access my own funds in NRE Account

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I have NRE account with Yes Bank. my customer ID is : 3918926.
                                    I am not able to access my own funds which I have transferred from over seas where I work.
                                    However, I am not able to utilize my own funds to further transfer them via website or mobile app.
                                    All the beneficiaries are showing active.
                                    The amount I am transferring is also within the limits.

                                    Transaction of Rs 6, 764.55 and Rs 2601 have been spent on my Yes Bank credit card from Paytm on 25th August, 2021. And it was done without me receiving any verification message like otp.
