Yes Bank — credit card complaint

1) i have done some transactions in credit card, unfortunately i have missed out the due date to pay the credit card bill amount
But i have done the late payment please find the below transaction details.
On 4th nov 2018 deducted late payment fee rs. 700.
On 5th nov 2018 i have paid 20000,
On 12th nov 2018 again why you deducted finance charges (521.87+562.86), for what reason you will deducted finance charge.
If other banks they are not deducted like yes bank only they will late payment fee.

I am very frustrated using your bank credit card,
