Yes Bank — credit card didn't deliver or no response

My name is kuldeep arora, I have received call on 6th June from yes bank for make credit card and they send a agent. immediately after discussion. and i have given all the documents my salary slip, , current credit card copy, photograph, aadhar card and all documents which they required. but after submitted they never respond till date please let me know, what happend of my card or documents whenever i call to Vikas they make argument i was here and their and always tell lie even they don't pickup call now.
please help me.

these persons give fake calls and make employees fools and misuse of documents of persons.
