Yes Bank — Credit card settlement harrassment

Dear Team,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing harassment from your collection agency team. For the past seven days, I have been subjected to abusive language and relentless threats, which have severely impacted my personal and professional life.
Despite my attempts to communicate and seek a peaceful settlement, the harassment continues. Your agents are contacting my husband’s workplace, using offensive language and creating distressing situations. My husband has recently started a new job, and this constant interference is jeopardizing our financial stability.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter, yet I have not received any support. One agent even mentioned that they need to meet their targets at any cost, which is unacceptable. I believe this violates RBI regulations, and I feel trapped with no one to turn to for assistance.

I have consistently paid a significant amount towards my card account, despite rarely using it, and have only sought a settlement during financial crises. The agents’ tactics seem aimed at coercion rather than resolution, leaving me feeling hopeless.

Attached are relevant documents that support my claims. I urge you to take immediate action to address this situation and help bring an end to the harassment..

I am pleading for your immediate intervention in this matter to halt this harassment. If this situation is not resolved promptly and effectively, I will have no choice but to consider legal action against the bank. I sincerely hope it does not come to that, but I cannot allow this level of distress and violation of my rights to continue unchallenged. I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a clear plan of action to address these issues and protect my family from further harm. Thank you for your immediate attention to this serious matter.
