Dear sir, i have given an application of new current account opening to bhavnagar branch on 07/01/2018. I stay in bharuch for my business purpose and my native place is bhavnagar so i gave application to bhavnagar branch, so the varification mail was send from bhavnagar branch to bharuch branch but mrs. Chatitali thakor (Csl) cluster head leader, bharuch branch, (M):[protected]. And mr. Chirag mistry. Branch manager, (M): [protected]. Was not at all cooperative and she was giving fake commitment for the verification and till today my account is pending and no one is able to give me the actual status of my account, this is the rediculous response ever from your bank, no other bank does this to their customers, and in this case the employes of bhavnagar branch are also facing problems, and the main thing is that mrs. Chaitali thakor will not attend my calls and she has blacklisted my cell number so that i can not contact her. Which is not the sign of any bank employe. So i request you to please take action on this case and give me the solution because i don't think account opening process takes more than 40 days in any other bank.
