Yes Bank — fraud transaction through upi

I have made a transaction of Rs. 18890 on 4th April though my account, but i got to know that the same was a fraudulent one.
I received the account details through email and they were posing themselves as my boss and showed themseleves in dire need. I found the same after I checked the email id which was masked by biss name. Request you to let me process to recover the money.

Updated by harshalpb They have freezed my account for last 1 month, not able to do any transactions, all my expenses are on hold, the investigation team is not giving any update, I feel i made a mistake raising the complaint, as anyways am not getting my money back and further bank people are literally paying no attention to my requests.
