Yes Bank Ludhiana — They put mine money on hold without my permission because of their own mistake

They PUT mine money on HOLD without my permission because of their own mistake,

Major issue is that they put it on hold without giving any notice or call or message,

It was problem in their server and their mistake by their machine that it did 2 times entry in statement on 01/07/2015, I never noticed now after 28 days they put my money on hold

As per rules and laws they have rights to hold / get back money within 72 hours maximum .
