Dear sir I am writing complaint after talking from last 30 days in customer care. My problem has not been resolve. Sir, My name is Amit i am yes bank customer id is 585241 having a saving account in the bank. I have tried to withdraw 10000rs on 7th December 2014 from ICICI bank ATM in talegaon. Moneys have been debited from my account where the money didn't dispense from ATM. I have raised the complaint on the same day in my bank regarding the issue. They have given me complaint no. 571749. Next day morning again when i went to ATM was closed and was label that the machine is out of order. I have complaint in ICICI bank talegaon its self they told me to complain in yes bank because i am not their customer. After 10 days yes bank told me that i have taken money, which i haven’t so i requested him again to show me the CCTV footage that i have taken money from ATM. they have given me another complaint registration no 57795. On 6th January the told me that the ICICI bank has denied to provide me the CCTV footage i have made again complained through banking ombudsman, only then they show me footage again in footage its shows my present only, doesn't shows that i have received money.
