I have been forced to purchase the credit card with explanations about the benefits even though I have denied and I have never used a single rupee from the card, also I have confirmed with yes bank agent that I can close the card anytime with no charges apart from annual charges. Now, I have received few statements through email stating I will have to pay some charges which I'm not aware of that and never informed me before receiving the card. I have been receiving calls everyday several times and emails stating I need to pay 356/- also they have mentioned collection agent might reach me out to collect the money.
