Yes Bank — Unprofessional response even not able to open a saving account

Dear sir/mam ...I am Vishal singh from Chattarpur New delhi.my contact no is [protected] . i submitted my all documents and 20000 rs chq on 15 jan 2016 in yes bank chattarpur branch to mr sohan lal .he told me thats its take 2-3 day in activation of your account ... after 1 week i call him but he never response me on phone even he always online in whatsapp but not responding me on official time .after 1 week daily he promising me that today v ll open your account .. then i ask him to whom i have to take or complaint then he told me that our head office in mumbai u have to contact there after 13 days today he is saying that plz give me a time i ll return your documents and money i had send this to gurgaon office so its take some time. even he dont know about indian states capital during form filling he ask me 2-3 times that what is patna is this any place or what ... therefore i request u to plz take action on this 2 weeks ho gaye abhi tak account ka koi pata nahi ...aur plz sohan lal jaise bande se apni brand name mat kharab karo...
