Dear sir and ma'am,

i transferred Rupees 12, 000 money to wrong YES bank customer account. within 24 hours i Raised complaint through SBI and SBI told me to wait for 35 day's.

and now I waited for more then 35 day's as they SBI bank said.

Reversal amount :- ₹ 12000,
Upi reference number:- [protected],
Transaction date :- 21/10/2023

i already enquiry regards this issue last 1 month's. But proper ( exact ) no answer my question.

Now, my only hope is you please help me get back the money as early it is possible as the amount is very much needed by me.

how much days to i wait for get back my money.
