i was charged 50 rupees for activation of some video talkies on 25rd feb, 2016 without my responce...i didnt click on any random links...nor i activated the service my self...and i tried to contact with costumer care they are all they even receive my call if receive then put on me hold such fullish they are doing only for just 50rs
its very frustrating this regular case of balance deduction

please look into this and refund my money
